The natural cycle of Kızılırmak and the dynamic cycle of urban life are integrated in the competition area, which is located at the intersection of the city and nature, with the natural cycle of Kızılırmak and the dynamic cycle of urban life, with the approach proposed in this project, which aims to integrate Kızılırmak, which is the river that does not know the boundaries of a city that crosses the boundaries of time, with the city. It has been taken into consideration that water manifests itself in different times and places by taking different forms, and various states of water are included in the design. While the spatial integration of rivers feeding Kızılırmak, groundwater and rain water, such as Kızılırmak and Mismil River, is ensured, the different situations in which water is taken in seasonal cycles such as flood, snow, ice, which are brought with the cold climate in Sivas city, have also been made part of the design. It is intended to be a four-season living place.
